Where do I return goods?
Not satisfied? Want to return some goods? Fine, but how?
Of course we hope you checked thoroughly before ordering to make sure you ordered the goods you really wanted. But maybe, in spite of everything, the village that you hoped would be on the map that you ordered isn’t shown on it or maybe, despite our best efforts, the map didn’t reach you in good condition?
You can return goods to us - even repacked, as long as this is done properly - but you must do so within seven days of receiving them. After that we’re afraid you’re obliged to pay for them.
You yourself will have to pay the return postage. You should return any items, adequately packed, to the following address:
