The NGI maps on a scale of 1:25 000 are remarkable for their detail. You can clearly distinguish between paved and semi-paved roads, tracks and hiking routes.  Woods, meadows and peat bogs are colour-coded. Thanks to the contour lines you can easily work out the degree of difficulty of the various routes.
