The LF 51 cycle route links Eindhoven, in the southern part of the Dutch province of North Brabant, with Antwerp.
Immediately after leaving the busy city centre of Eindhoven, you find yourself in the green and peaceful scenery of the Campine. Most of this cycle route follows towpaths, bridleways and separate cyclepaths.
You can find culture and history around every corner, as in Herentals, which is often called the historical capital of the Campine.
You approach Antwerp along the busy Albert Canal. But first you cycle through the 'Voorkempen', an area with many stately homes and countryhouses.
In addition to the information about distances, accommodation and waymarking, the guidebook also contains cycling trips along the LF cycle network.
The route is clearly marked on 9 topographical maps (scale 1 :50.000). Using these maps in combination with the signposting, getting lost becomes impossible.
